Be kind to yourself each day on your Virtues Journey. Gift yourself a few more minutes of peace as you meditate, a long and leisurely walk in nature, a cup of tea as you sit quietly detached from electronic devices. Consider what you need as you gift yourself. Pay attention to your needs. Likewise, become aware of the needs of others. Gifting others is a beautiful gift you can give yourself.
