Here’s an easy recipe for a tea that you can brew with three ingredients that you likely already have on hand in your kitchen.

 

Easy Recipe for Headache Tea

 

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 tsp. dried green tea

  • 2 tsp. dried or fresh mint

Bring water to a gentle boil. Pour water over the green tea and mint leaves. Steep covered for 10 minutes to prevent the volitale oils from escaping. Strain the leaves and pour into your favorite cup to enjoy.
